This was supposedly taken by a photographer that never saw the bigfoot until it turned and ran off. It is kind of hard to believe considering the size and proximity of the creature. It looks like it was taken at a wildlife preserve. That explains the deer not on high alert as they would be if they thought a predator was near. One video on their site and alot of pictures. Doesn't pass the smell test to me. Why just one photo? Not multiple? No video? I would love to see some of M.K. Davis' handywork on these photographs.
Rick Dyer - Body to be Released Any Day Now...

Believe what you want but Rick Dyer's latest claim is that the body of "Hank" will be released to the public any time now. The original promise was supposed to be in August but I guess he is running low on attention and needs another dose. This guy has fallen short on every promise he has made so far, so I have no high expectations for this, either.

The oldest primate skeleton ever found has been unveiled and its 55 million years old. Its small enough to fit in your hand and shares characteristics of tarsiers and arthropoids--human ancestors. Named Archicebus achilles -- Archie for short -- because of it's heel bone that resembles modern monkeys.
Extinct frog reappears in Israel
The Hula painted frog was declared extinct in 1996. It was the first time an amphibian had been declared extinct by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature. How about that... Just because the "experts" say something doesn't exist or doesn't exist anymore, doesn't mean they are right. We know that a large ape-like species roamed the earth before so why couldn't they still exist in small pockets in the vast wilderness that still makes up a large percentage of the earth.

This is a video that shows the two photos captured of a black figure in daylight walking over a hill. I find it hard to believe that a Navajo paramedic would try to hoax something like this. If they were caught, they would be ostricized by their own people. But we may never know. The Navajo nation has their own police force that will investigate all claims of paranormal activity. They are the first to do so and hopefully not the last. They are also featured in the video.

A live chupacabra was filmed when trapped by people that saw something extremely strange when out on their smoke break by the edge of the woods. It looks like a deer-rat-dog-rabbit kind of thing. It looks to be the same thing that was caught on a texas cop's dashcam a few years ago.

Researchers in Colorado say they have DNA from multiple Bigfoot and It seems to be a human relative. I hope these people have the qualifications to make these claims or it will turn out to be another Ketchum fiasco, only worse. They will be discredited to the point that they will never be taken seriously in this field again. I seriously want this research to get attention if they know what they are doing.

A semi-retired Investigator in Utah claims to have found a Bigfoot skull while looking for fossils in a canyon. I don't have alot of experience with fossils but my knee-jerk reaction is that he is seeing a face in the creases of the rock. Nothing more. But what do I know? I could be wrong. I hope it is a fossilized skull. It would break the Bigfoot research world wide open. It would be the first evidence that anything like a Bigfoot has roamed the North American continent. But until it is confirmed I will keep my expectations low. Very, very low.

I found a pretty good documentary on Bigfoot investigations on National Geographic. It focuses on Steve Kulls for part of the 45 minute long show. Dr. Meldrum and Dr. John Bindernagel have a share of the time also and makes many good points after the nay-sayers have their time acting as if they have seen-all done-all. All in all, it isn't as good as their last one with Bill Munns and Dr. Meldrum but it isn't bad. Try it out!

I sure hope this is the last of this Ketchum DNA crap!!! The samples were sent to independent labs and the resounding answer was opossum DNA mixed with the DNA of several other forest animals. Dr. Ketchum had some choice words for the results and offered quite a few reasons for the 'wrong' results, including CONSPIRACY!!!! This needs to go away and let people get back to the solid evidence we already have including the P-G film, Dr. Meldrums cast collection, etc.
Gorillas Remove Traps Set by Poachers
This is from Dr. Meldrums facebook page. Great story about how juvenile gorillas are finding and disassembling snares set by poachers. Even the gorilla has problem solving intelligence and may explain, in part, why we can't get good camera trap photos or video of the elusive creatures.

I don't know what to make of this one. I can't make out any facial features and from the surrounding environment in the photo, it looks as though the person should have been able to snap off a few more pics before it managed to get out of sight. But only this one lonely photo is submitted. It looks like a guy in a gillie suit to me. For those of you that don't know what that is, it's a suit that Special Forces, SEALS, Rangers and Snipers wear when needing complete concealment in any type of location. They come in all sizes, colors and foliage patterns. Alot of Bigfoot videos have been hoaxed using these. Look them up on youtube to see how cool they are. I have often thought about using one to conceal me for a bigfoot outing but just the possession of one incriminates the user even if very good video is obtained.

Ever since Les Stroud was on Joe Rogan's show talking about his bigfoot experiences, I've been dying to see if The Science Channel would actually move on this. The special will be called Survivorman: Bigfoot Sasquatch Territory. It doesn't say where he is going, just that he will be dumped in the middle of sasquatch hotspots. I would hope he is going to be in British Columbia or Alaska (which is where he had his most recent encounter). It doesn't mention when it will be filmed or when it will air, either, but I am stoked about it nonetheless.

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife has officially declared this a common housecat. In the video, notice they say that the cutout is in the exact same place as the cat, but when compared side by side it is obviously a good 15 to 20 yards closer to the camera. Parabreakdown is ready to call this as case-closed but I'm not too keen on that just yet.

Bigfoot Caught in 4th of July Photographs
Do these photos show a bigfoot in the woods or a man in a suit. There seems to be a trail along the side of the water in these pics and I've never heard of these things following trails. Also, If you've ever been around a small body of water like this you know that sound can carry a long way, so it makes you wonder why it didn't hear the photographer and his friends/family in the area. Of course the photographer is hiding behind anonymity, so he can't be questioned. Someone needs to take a look around Table Rock Lake in Missouri, just to be sure.

I like this article for 2 reasons. First, the US army corps of engineers is a branch of the US army which is part of the Federal Government. When one part of the federal government recognizes a something to exist, the ENTIRE federal government agrees. Second, it gives multiple sources. Too many people put up things on the internet without verifying sources and asking the right questions. It calls it sasquatch in the page of their book, which is interesting because the Patterson-Gimlin Film was still the biggest evidence back then and it was called Bigfoot for years to that point. It calls it the local name which shows they are relying on only their own local sightings.

The video Is either authentic or this videographer has learned from every other hoax video out there and didn't make any mistakes. It seems as though the panic in his voice is real and the creature is real (not CGI). So let's get busy with the stabilization to get a better look.
Body Washed up in Flood Said to be... Gigantipithicus??
Amongst all the wreckage and havok of the Alberta floods, there came a body that no one could identify. Scientists are lining up to see what they are calling a surviving Gigantipithicus. The picture looks like a zoomed in picture of a small animal but who knows if it is supposed to match the story. Hope to hear more about this in the coming days. We will have all the details as it unfolds.

ParaBreakdowns was all over this in no time. They did a wonderful job with a breakdown of the footage supposedly shot in Blue Ridge, Georgia. The creatures even look the same in the 2 videos that were posted by this Youtube user. Why do people do this? It does help us hone our skills to see what is real and what isn't, but even still, I would much rather the intentional sabateurs just get their own hobby and leave this stuff alone.

Joe Rogan's new Syfy show, Joe Rogan Questions Everything, has made its debut and the bigfoot fans approve. It's only downfall in my opinion was its brevity on each subject. He covered so many aspects and topics and guests that the segments kind of semmed rushed. The questions were good and he definitely doesn't have a problem calling things as he sees them. I hope to see alot more on the subject, as you can never cover Bigfoot too much.

A new mammal has been discovered. It's called a olinguito (oh-lihn-GEE'-toe). It's primarily a night prowler but it should be showing off it's adorable little face to the daytime so people can see it more often. It's about the size of a raccoon but it won't be making a mess of your trash bins any time soon. It was found in the not-so-far-away country of Ecuador. It's funny how they keep finding things that they never new were there. There are places in Canada and probably the US that are so remote, people have not likely even stepped foot there yet. Hmmm.

Via Inspired By Bigfoot's facebook page: Josh Stevens, a PhD candidate at Penn State, mapped 92 years of Sasquatch sightings, based on data from the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization. Before you furiously type that the map is just population density, Stevens addresses that.
Right away you can see that sightings are not evenly distributed. At first glance, it looks a lot like a map of population distribution. After all, you would expect sightings to be the most frequent in areas where there are a lot of people. But a bivariate view of the data shows a very different story. There are distinct regions where sightings are incredibly common, despite a very sparse population. On the other hand, in some of the most densely populated areas Sasquatch sightings are exceedingly rare.
The bivariate view he mentions is the county map on the left. Bright purple is high Sasquatch sightings and low population density, and light green is high population density and relatively low Sasquatch sightings. So it's not all about population. More likely, it's the vegetation level of the terrain, because as we all know, Sasquatches prefer dense bushes and trees with grainy overtones.
